  • Fundamentals of Poetry: International Writing Course
  • 05/01/2011
  • The international course Fundamentals of Poetry is a pilot programme designed to validate procedures, contents and methodologies for international learning of creative writing, a non-formal discipline in most european countries that demands a way to unify learning criterias.

The project will involve six different writing schools to create a cooperation network for interchanging of knowledge and writing techniques. This network will develop a course that should serve as a basis to test the methodology and content, unify this discipline and create a best practices guide.

The course will involve teachers and students from each partner. Every participant will be closely followed in order to validate procedures and guidelines. These procedures along with guidelines will generate a best practices guide for future international writing courses and, in the end, for the consolidation of the European Association of Creative Writing Programmes.
